Refund policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders can be cancelled up until the manufacturing process. If the Material has been formed and the order is in process, the order can not be cancelled. A 15% fee is taken from total refunded amount to cover costs of transactions due to credit card processing rates.

*Orders with expedite or rush statue will not be refunded, only the item will be refunded

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ApexLine Belt Store Policy
At Cobra Concealment, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ApexLine Belts. Each belt is thoroughly inspected for defects, fit, and function before being shipped to ensure you receive a product that meets our highest standards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Hardware / Retention Adjustment Policy
After setting your desired retention, we strongly recommend applying blue threadlocker to help secure the screws and prevent them from backing out over time.
If you choose not to use any type of threadlocker, you are responsible for periodically checking your screws and retention settings to ensure everything remains secure.
Cobra Concealment is not responsible for lost, loose, or missing screws.
Effective 03/26/2026, Cobra Concealment will no longer provide free replacement screws. Customers are welcome to purchase their own hardware if needed. We use 8-32 screws. If you prefer, you may also email us to purchase replacement hardware directly from us.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
